The Company is dedicated to the clean heat supply market. At present, it has eight centralized heat supply and thermoelectric integrated generation plants in Shenyang. It has a planned heating area of 150 million square meters, which covers Shenyang’s seven administrative districts including Hunnan District, Huanggu District, Yuhong District, Shenhe District, and Dadong District. Specifically, it provides heating service for public and business buildings and projects, such as the new administrative center for the CPC Committee and government of Shenyang City, provincial-level library, museum, archive hall, and museum of science and technology in Liaoning, National Games Athlete Village, Olympics Games Center, Shengjing Culture & Art Center, Hunnan Higher Education Mega-center, Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Company Limited, Neusoft Software Industrial Park, and Shenyang IoT Industrial Park. In Shenyang, it has reached agreements on heat supply network connections with close to 600 housing projects under famous real estate brands such as Gemdale, Evergrande, Country Garden, Wanda, Longfor, Beijing Capital Land, Poly, and China Resources, providing heating service for more than 700,000 households. It has been honored as “Liaoning Province Top 20 Heat Supply Enterprise”, “Shenyang Excellent Heat Supply Institution”, “Shenyang City Exemplary Institution in Energy Efficiency and Emission Reduction”, and “Shenyang City AAA Credit Rating Heat Supply Enterprise”, and so forth.
