In May 2021, Mega-info Media, a subsidiary of Luen Mei Quantum, passed the review by the ChiNext Listing Committee. 

2020

In March 2020, Luen Mei Quantum announced its plan to spin off its subsidiary Mega-info Media, which was to be listed on ChiNext. After the spinoff was completed, Luen Mei Quantum retained its control over Mega-info Media. 

In March 2020, Luen Mei Quantum acquired 49% of the shares in Huadian Fuxin Energy Corporation Limited in Shanghai. In this way, it partnered with a Central Government-owned enterprise in jointly operating the NECC (Shanghai) energy station and deployed its natural gas distributed cooling/heating/electricity integrated supply business, laying a solid foundation for it to enter the “warm winter & cool summer” market in South China. 

In April 2020, Luen Mei Quantum signed the heat/electricity integrated generation “Project Agreement” with the People’s Government of Sujiatun District, Shenyang City, under which the company would invest in a major heat/electricity generation integrated generation project in the district. 

2019

In May 2019, Luen Mei Quantum entered the market of Shandong, a province with a huge demand for industrial steam. It acquired 66% of Heze Fulin Thermal Power Technology Co., Ltd., thus completing its business deployment in Shandong. 

 2018

In November 2018, Luen Mei Quantum acquired 100% of the shares in Mega-info Media, a large domestic high-speed railway digital media operator, putting it in a double-main-business mode featuring “clean energy + high-speed railway digital media”.

2017

In April 2017, Luen Mei Quantum completed its organizational restructuring and optimization and started a group-based, systematic, and professional mode of corporate governance, further improving its level of lean management. 

In August 2017, Luen Mei Quantum’s member company, Guoxin Environmental Protection, smoothly took over the existing heat supply company in Huanggu District, Shenyang; it was thus tasked with a major responsibility for consolidating scores of small boiler rooms. By stepping up its investment in and construction of the primary pipe network and renovating the old pipe network, it thoroughly addressed the issue of clean heat supply in the district. 

2016

In May 2016, Luen Mei Quantum completed its asset acquisition and restructuring and was joined by Shenyang Xinbei Thermoelectric, Guohui Environmental Protection, and so forth as member companies, thus expanding its business scale and acquiring new businesses such as electricity generation and steam supply. 

In November 2016, Luen Mei Quantum was, through industrial and commercial registration, renamed as Luen Mei Quantum Co., Ltd.; its stock name for short: Luen Mei Quantum; its stock code: 600167 

2012

In September 2012, investment and construction work began on the No. 3 Heat Source Plant of Hunnan Heat-supplying, a subsidiary of Luen Mei Quantum. 

2008

In February 2008, Shenyang New District Development (600167.SH) was, through industrial and commercial registration, renamed as “Luen Mei Quantum Co., Ltd.”; then its stock name for short was changed to “Luen Mei Quantum”, while its stock code, 600167, remained unchanged. 

2006

In June 2006, Luen Mei Group became the controlling shareholder of Shenyang New District Development (600167.SH); meanwhile, it founded Shenyang Hunnan Heat-supplying Co., Ltd., carrying out comprehensive clean heating service for Hunnan District, Shenyang.  

2005

In April 2005, Luen Mei Group became the No. 1 majority shareholder of Shenyang New District Development (600167.SH), whose main business was public service and the utilities such as land consolidation and heating service, ushering in a new phase of its development.
